Welcome to the Illawarra Families NSW Transition to School Website! Starting 'big school' is an important and exciting time for families and their kindy children. The FamiliesNSW Transition to School Network is dedicated to promoting an optimal transition for children entering formal schooling by providing current research-based information, available avenues of practical support across the Illawarra and links to related resources. There are established networks for Wollongong, Shellharbour/Kiama and TTS for Aboriginal children.
